What does this
cost me?
There is no cost to join eLunchClub at all. Membership is completely
free and opt-in.
I saw my name
listed as a Free Lunch winner. What do I have to do to claim my
Free Lunch?
If you have been announced as a Free Lunch recipient,
we will e-mail a certificate that you must print and present at
the appropriate restaurant. The certificate is usually sent within
24 hours of the announcement and is e-mailed to the address you
registered.
What if I did
not get my Free Lunch certificate after a few days of the announcement?
Contact us if you have not received your certificate within 2 business
days of the announcement. There may be problems with the accuracy
of your e-mail address, your e-mail software may be blocking the
e-mail from you or your in-box may be already full and not allowing
additional e-mail.
I see that a
Free Lunch was awarded to a name similar to mine, but I am not sure
if it was me or not. How do I know?
We send the Free Lunch certificates to the e-mail address you provided
at registration. As long as you are receiving our daily e-mail of
lunch specials, you will receive the certificate via e-mail at the
same address if the name you saw was actually you
I may have deleted
the e-mail with my Free Lunch certificate. What should I do?
First, check to see if you can recover the e-mail. It may be in
a delete folder on your computer. If you can’t recover the
e-mail, let us know. We can re-issue it to you. The expiration date
will still be based upon the date of original issue. If you contact
us after your certificate has expired, there is little we can do.
Am I limited
to how many times I can get a Free Lunch?
No, you may be awarded multiple Free Lunches as long as you remain
registered. There are no limits to how many Free Lunches you may
be awarded.
Do I need to
re-register?
No, there is no need to re-register. Once registered, when you are
awarded a Free Lunch you are automatically “back in line”
for your next Free Lunch. Re-registration will actually prolong
the time until your next Free Lunch.
Can I give my
Free Lunch certificate to someone else?
Yes, the certificates are transferable.
How do I remove
my name from the daily e-mail list?
You can withdraw from the program at any time by clicking onto a
link at the bottom of the daily e-mail to remove your e-mail address.
Or, you may click onto this link to be removed: www.elunchclub.com/emailremove.asp
If you remove your name from the list, you will not be eligible
for any additional Free Lunches.
I registered,
but I am not receiving the daily specials e-mail?
Once registered, you should start receiving our daily e-mails the
following business day. If you are not receiving the daily e-mails,
you will not be able to receive Free Lunches. We e-mail the Free
Lunch certificates to the same e-mail address that we send the daily
specials e-mail. You must have a valid e-mail address registered
with us to be awarded Free Lunches.
If there is a chance you may have entered an invalid e-mail address
when you registered, you may register again with a correct address.
If you are still not receiving the daily e-mails, your e-mail software
may be filtering out our e-mail. You may be able to adjust your
settings to allow our e-mail to pass through. (change your settings
to allow e-mail from today@eLunchClub.com for the daily e-mails
and awards@eLunchClub.com for the Free Lunch certificates) You may
wish to contact your e-mail administrators to see if they are blocking
e-mails from us.
Can I change
my e-mail address?
Yes, you may have your address changed by contacting us with the
appropriate changes.
Will I start
getting a bunch of junk e-mail from other people if I sign up with
eLunchClub?
No, eLunchClub will not lend, sell, share or trade your e-mail address
with any other parties. We follow a strict anti-SPAM policy.
Should I contact
eLunchClub if my e-mail address has been changed, eliminated or
if I left my company?
Yes. We would appreciate hearing from people about e-mail accounts
that have been eliminated for any reason. This will help to reduce
unnecessary clutter on the Internet and save bandwidth for everyone.
We will be happy to change
your e-mail address for you if you have switched companies or wish
to receive our daily lunch specials at your home e-mail address.
Please, drop us an e-mail with any changes you need us to make.
